F.A.Q.

When will my order be shipped? 

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, regardless of the shipping method selected. However, due to the high order volume during our promotional period, processing times may be extended and can take up to 3 business days.

AG Jeans does not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or on the following company-observed holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On rare occasions, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order.

What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time by visiting your order page. Once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail that will contain your tracking information.

How can I update my shipping address?

Prior to placing your order, you can update your shipping address at any time from your My Account page.  If you need to change your shipping address after you placed an order, we may or may not be able to change your shipping address depending on whether the order has shipped.  Please contact our customer service team (apres@cluboffpiste.com)  for assistance

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you another e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?

It's important to note that "Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 2:30PM PST, your package will not ship until after the weekend. When you place an order, you'll see an "Estimated Ship Date" on the order page. In some cases this does not necessarily mean two days after you placed the order. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

No.  The package will contain a packing list but will not show the price you paid for the gift.
